Dynasty leagues are an amazing format to play in (my personal favorite format), as they require a TON of strategy (I’ve seen many different strategies work well) and lots of foresight to see how a player projects moving forward. Cashing out a veteran or even a prospect at peak value can help teams maximize their potential and continue to win now despite an aging roster. The best dynasty players leverage the waiver wire, the supplemental draft and trading to their advantage.
When I start a dynasty draft I do lean heavy on young bats. They usually hold their value a bit better than pitchers and are good trade chips to both rebuilders and contenders.
The guys on my list can be shifted up or down a handful of spots based on if you are rebuilding or if you are in a win now contention cycle.
