What a fun week we just had at the Travelers. A lot of big names made the weekend. We had a wild leaderboard. Plus, the back end of Sunday was an electric factory. From Bubba trunk slamming, to English’s big birdie on 18, to Hickock forcing the playoff. Then we go eight playoff holes before English wins for the second time this season. Wild times, but that will be the last strong field for a couple of weeks till we have The Open Championship. This week the PGA Tour heads to Detroit for the Rocket Mortgage Classic. It is not the most loaded of fields and will be a significant birdie fest. Let’s see who the guys like this week in the weekly OAD picks.

Jesse (@DFSGolfGods) – Bryson DeChambeau

Well, PC didn’t quite pan out like I would’ve preferred last week. So this week, I am using Bryson Dechambeau.  He is the defending champ, playing good enough, and why not. Unfortunately, I am way behind and probably need a winner in every event for the rest of the year.  Best of luck!

Ruvy (@MichaelRuvolo) – Matthew Wolff

Back-to-back weeks I guess I’ll go for the miracle 3 in a row. This week I’m taking a slightly different strategy this week. A guy is coming back and has had two good rounds. Being the first round at the US open help. He finished 2nd last year in Detroit. Coming back after a mental break, 3rd tournament back, I believe he can contend this week. I’m going, Matthew Wolff.

Bubba (@bdentrek) – Jason Kokrak

Back to Back. It sure does have a nice ring to it. Rahm and then English get us back in contention as we head down the stretch of the PGA Tour season. This week I am going to one of the longer hitters on tour in Jason Kokrak. Kokrak is coming off the missed cut at the US Open (whatever) but had a win at the Charles Schwab, a 49th at the PGA Champ, and a 13th at Valspar. He is long of the tee and great with his approach game. Two key factors this week. We have also seen him get hot with the putter, which will be crucial. So let’s make it three in a row with some KOKRAK!!!!!

Rob (@AllDayEvery365) – Jason Kokrak

Not much to say at this point, monster truck slam by Streelman after actually leading the tourney on Thursday, going with another ball-striker in Kokrak. The guy hits it long, straight, and can make a ton of birdies.
