We have finally made it to Augusta. Not even COVID could take this amazing weekend away from us in 2020. It may be November, the foliage may look more like fall than spring, and there may be some rain, but who cares. We get to enjoy one of the best weeks of golf. The field is down to 92 this year and there is a new cut of top 50 and ties instead of top 60 and anyone within 10 strokes. It is obviously a loaded field nad the weekend should be awesome to watch, For now, though, let’s keep getting ready and check out who the guys like in the weekly PGA OAD picks.

Michael Ruvolo (@MichaelRuvolo) – Jon Rahm
Well, I saved my guys for the last tourney of the year. I’m going with Jon Rham to win the 2020 Masters. contrary to what some people have said this guy is absolutely knocking on the door at majors. He was an absolute shank away from being very close last year on a par 5. That was out of character. If he can control his emotions his game fits very well at Augusta. He can get low and is one of the better putters in the field amongst the favorites.
Jesse (@DFSGolfGods) – Tony Finau
Hovland banked me some money last week to close the gap a bit on Kevin, but we need a miracle at this point. This week we finally get the best major of the year. The coverage and golf will be wonderful all week and I’m looking forward to seeing a shot or 2 in between the absolute insanity at work right now. I am going to use Tony Finau this week. T GOAT as I call him since we call everyone a GOAT now has played this tournament twice and finished 5th and 10th in those appearances. Once was after he curled his ankle during the par 3 contest. If you have never been to ANGC then you probably don’t appreciate the hills and how difficult it is to walk, especially with a broken ass ankle. Hell, I almost died walking around there all day (because I’m out of shape). Anyway, I will be rooting for T GOAT to finally breakthrough with his first legitimate win on tour on the grandest stage. Best of luck!
Bubba (@bdentrek) – Ian Poulter
Well, let’s just say that I am out of every top-notch golfer in the field. I guess the curveballs 2020 has shown left me high and dry for the late-season version of THE MASTERS. I mentioned on the Always Pressing pod that I like DJ and Brooks quite a bit this week, but I already used them. So this week I will go with Ian Poulter who has been a consistent savant at Augusta. He has made four straight cuts at THE MASTERS and has only missed one cut going back to 2008. He is a great iron player, resulting in a strong tee-to-green game. He has been battling a bad back, but the week off to get rested for Augusta hopefully does the trick. Let’s get Ian Poulter going for a nice Top 10 finish.
Rob (@AllDayEvery365) – Brooks Koepka
I’d love to go Tiger here and I think he will still play well, but he seems very “nostalgia” mode right now. With that being said, I didn’t get to use Brooks this year with his injury and it’s major time so after his showing last week, Koepka is the guy this week.
