Congrats to Bryson DeChambeau on dominating Wingfoot on his way to his first major championship at the US Open. It was a grueling week for most of the field and the majority of those that took part in the Open will be taking this week off. The Tour goes on thought as a full field will be teeing it up at the Corales Puntacana Championship. There are a couple of major names, but for the most part, it’s a lesser field, yet a fun filed in a birdie fest event. Let’s see who the guys like with the weekly PGA OAD picks.

Jesse (@DFSGolfGods) – Will Gordon

Webb came through with a pretty good finish last week, but I’m still so far back in the big OAD that I need a miracle.  This week I am going to call on Will Gordon to start that miracle.  There aren’t many guys who you would use anywhere else except the next few weeks, but Will has played pretty well the last couple of weeks and I think he has the upside to finish highly here.  Best of luck!

Bubba (@bdentrek) – Will Gordon

In a tournament where it should be a massive birdie fest, I will take my chance with a young stud who we have seen go low in lesser fields. He went T20 in Puerto Rico (a similar tournament), a T3 at the Travelers, and a T27 at Wyndham. It has been some ups and downs with Gordon but it all starts off the tee. He can be erratic, but good for him this course has some of the easiest to hit fairways in all of golf. If Gordon if finding the fairway there will be a ton of birdie chances and a strong finish ahead. Let’s go Will Gordon.

Ruvy (@MichaelRuvolo) – JJ Spaun

Well, I’m not even remotely close to the lead so maybe its time to go for a skin. I’ll go with JJ Spaun this week, because why the hell not. Noone except me likes him and believes in him. Coming off a top 10 in his last start, you never know. Let’s go get that Skin!!!

Kevin (@KevinsDelight) – Ryan Brehm

2 straight missed cuts for me so interest has disappeared.  Spieth at Safeway, Rose at the US OPEN.  Need a skin to cash most likely unless we run really hot through the end of the year.  I’ll go Ryan Brehm.  Akshay was high on my list as was W Gordon.

Rob (@AllDayEvery365) – Sam Burns

A week after the US Open, nothing says golf like this field in Puntacana. Going with a who was playing extremely well and almost had his first win save for the Stewie Cink show with Sam Burns. He enters this tourney second in T2G his last 24 rounds and is top 10 in all major categories.
