What another major championship we just experienced. Brooks Koepka ran shop over the field at Bethpage Black for his 2nd consecutive PGA Championship and his 4th major Championship. DJ made a heck of a run on Sunday and we saw Jordan Spieth with a 3rd place finish. It was a very tough weekend for golfers in the field, but now they head back to Texas, to Colonial for the Charles Schwab Challenge. It’s a much smaller golf course than last week and the wind will dictate how tough it plays. It’s an 122 golfer field, so on paper making the cut should be slightly easier. Last week Bubba nailed his 3rd winning of the year and is now over $7M on the season. Kevin had DJ who took in over $1M as well. Let’s see who the guys like this week in the 2019 Charles Schwab Challenge PGA OAD Picks.

Kevin (@KevinDelights) – Russell Knox

Seriously thought we were picking a Senior event here with the sponsorship change. The Colonial is what I’ll refer it as.  The PGA came and went with little drama so it’s tough to get excited about this week. So I’m going with a guy with who gets the job done but lacks excitement himself.  Russell Knox. I may not watch a shot all weekend…

Jesse (@DFSGolfGods) – Scott Piercy

For the newly minted Charles Schwab Challenge, I will be using Mr. Scott Piercy as my one and done.  Previous to the 41st at Bethpage Brooks BLACKed Out he finished 2nd and 3rd in consecutive starts, one of which was in the larger than normal state of Texas.  Let’s hope he can keep the high finishes going.

Bubba (@bdentrek) – Jordan Spieth

Last week was a big week for the Jordan Spieth come back tour. A really nice 3rd place finish where he putting lights out at Bethpage Black. Many will point to how “lucky” he was putting, but let’s not forget when he was on his game he was putting great. He heads to Colonial, to a course where he’s played really really well in the past. He has made 6 of 6 cuts at Colonial. A T32 last year but the previous 3 years he was awesome with a T2, 1st and a T2. I’ll try to keep the good times rolling with Spieth this week.
